We're looking for talented full-stack devs who are interested in joining our dev team and building an award-winning technology product that is shaping the future of healthcare.

About your role:

As a key product team member, you will have ownership and input at all stages of the development life cycle. You will have significant freedom and autonomy, as well as profound responsibility for the quality of the final product. Our customer success and design teams gather customer stories and feedback so you can focus on what you do best: building great software.

As a member of a small, collaborative, and agile dev team, you will work closely with our in-house UI/UX specialist on building new features, supporting existing code, and managing deployments. We expect that all dev team members will have, or develop, competency in all stages of the product life-cycle.  At this time, we are focusing on finding a team member who can lead our transition to a more modern, responsive front end.

Things you’ll do:

  • Work with a small, collaborative team to deliver bi-weekly production feature enhancements

  • Enhance tests to support a stable system that facilitates a digital marketplace for biological products

  • Maintain and enhance general company technologies

  • Handle mission-critical outages or application/server issues during nights and weekends
    (remotely, very scarce, and shared amongst team members)

  • Assist with product planning, design, and implementation

Customer Success Manager

We're looking for a highly-motivated Customer Success Manager that is obsessed with proactively managing and enriching a growing portfolio of healthcare enterprise customers.

About your role:

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Bloodbuy, you will be responsible for ensuring customers achieve the highest level of value from our technology solution and associated services. You will guide customers towards successful outcomes by using proactive engagement strategies, monitoring the health of relationships and managing pressing customer challenges.  On any given day, the Customer Success Manager can be found delivering value to customers by providing customer training, offering industry expertise, servicing routine and urgent customer requests, and conducting business reviews with customers.  CSMs also support the growth and operations of Bloodbuy’s business by collaborating with our executive, sales, marketing, and product development teams; sharing industry knowledge and the voice of our customers.

Things you’ll do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer activities

  • Own the implementation and adoption of Bloodbuy’s technology in hospitals and blood centers

  • Create customer processes and programs to maximize usage of Bloodbuy’s technology

  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers

  • Generate reports and analytics to customers that inform blood inventory management decisions

  • Serve as the customer’s advocate and share the "voice of the customer" to product, sales, engineering and executive teams to ensure solid value propositions for existing solutions and feature enhancements

  • Identify potential issues with customers and work with the wider team to effectively solve them

  • Remain available for after-hours customer calls on an infrequent basis

Desired qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or Sciences; advanced degree preferred

  • Minimum two years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, and/or Project management within the healthcare industry

  • Experience working in Clinical Laboratory, Blood Banking and/or Pathology environments a plus

  • Experience in customer-facing roles in pre- or post-sale environments

  • Experience in owning technology implementations and growing customer relationships

  • Enthusiasm, energy and ability to expand our customer footprint and evangelize our offering

  • Data-driven and well-organized with a commitment to process and continuous improvement

  • Ability to identify and diagnose uncertain customer problems and break them down into concrete, manageable components

  • Ability to build trusting, communicative, and results-oriented relationships with customers

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence

  • Must be both a strong team player and individual contributor

  • Ability to travel approximately 25%
